The new EASA-UAS \/ drone regulations<\/span><\/strong> aims to standardize the different rules of the Member States and regulate civilian use of UAS \/ drones regardless of size or weight<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

In this way, it will be possible to provide one common regulatory framework<\/strong><\/span>, which covers all possible operational scenarios and which is in line with current technological realities.<\/span><\/p>

As we will see below, the new EASA-UAS \/ drone regulations imply significant differences with the current Danish rules, especially with regard to the requirements for <\/span>training \/ education<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0of drone pilots<\/strong><\/span>, the process of registering new operators and the technical functions that the aircraft must have in order to achieve <\/span>EC certification<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

        WHO IS COVERED BY THE NEW EASA DRONE REGULATIONS 2021?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        EASA has indicated that the new European regulatory framework applies to all UAS (unmanned aircraft systems),<\/span><\/strong> whether they are autonomous or remote controlled, and regardless of their mass or use.<\/p>

        Der er to nye EU forordninger, der danner grundlag for de nye regulativer:<\/span><\/p>

        • Delegeret forordning 2019\/945 af 12. marts 2019<\/strong><\/span> med det form\u00e5l at regulere kravene og specifikationerne for UAS-producenter (ubemandede luftfarts systemer eller droner).<\/span><\/li>
        • Gennemf\u00f8relsesforordning 2019\/947 af 24. maj 2019<\/strong><\/span>, der regulerer brug af UAS for operat\u00f8rer og piloter af UAS\/droner, hvad enten det er rekreativt eller professionelt.<\/span><\/li>
        • Gennemf\u00f8relsesforordning 2020\/746 af 4. juni 2020<\/strong><\/span> om \u00e6ndring af de gennemf\u00f8relsesdatoer, der er angivet i IR 2019\/947 for at tage hensyn til COVID-19-sammenh\u00e6ngen.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Ud over ovenst\u00e5ende EASA-implementerede regulering er der ogs\u00e5 tilf\u00f8jet en ny national dansk \u00e6ndring.<\/span><\/p>
